青年富于朝氣和活力。他們積極向上，對新鮮事物充滿了好奇，強力的求知欲促使他們了解世界。

各國青年如能有足夠的交流途徑來促進互相理解，那么世界的和平與發展就有了充分的保證。

我希望在座來自世界各地的青年朋友，能暢所俗言，傳遞經驗，把世界青年團結友愛的事業推向前進。
