1、我們一進入考場，考官一般都要求作自我介紹，開頭可以用一句話引入，例如：Dear professors ，If else glad to meet all of you here。然后就可以進入主題，介紹自己及相關的信息等等。

2、自我介紹的主體內容

①姓名，介紹自己姓名時，發音一定要慢要準。

②年齡，年齡可說可不說，可以跟在姓名后帶過(I am XXX，25 years old)，也可以加上家鄉和家庭的介紹。

③原來的院校、專業：一定要把原來學?；蚬镜挠⑽拿Q、專業的英文名稱弄清楚。在職考生則應將自己公司、自己職位、職稱的英文名稱弄明白。

④性格、能力，可以著重強調你的個性對你報考的專業有何積極的作用。以下是可供選擇的形容詞：carefully，detail-oriented、logical、steady、responsible、dependable、efficient、Aggressive、adaptable、amicable等等。

在職考生或有過工作經驗的考生還可以強調一下你的工作成績，如：As the assistant to the General Mangers all of XXX Company，I have helped to negotiate $200，000 deal for the corporation。

⑤愛好，一般可以從體育、音樂、電影等方面來說，同時要簡單說明這些愛好對你的積極意義。

⑥你對報考的專業有興趣，可適當舉出一些例子，如經常看相關的書籍、論文、文章、新聞等。在職考生可以強調知識教育對工作的影響。

在自我介紹完后，可以說下對未來的規劃包括學習規劃(研究生以后的方向)和人生規劃(短期及長期)。下面我們提供一個模板以供參考：
