CFA一級考綱總結

1、科目占比無改變

由上圖我們可以看出來，各個科目的占比與2019年相比是沒有任何變化的，所以對于每一門的重視程度應該都是同等的，但是這并不說明2020年的考綱沒有發生變化。

增加了

LOS c describe professions ａｎｄ　how they establish trust

LOS e explain professionalism in investment management

(2)Quantitative Methods 部分

增加了

Reading 8 新增了與相關系數相關的散點圖(scatterplot)

Reading 11 Hypothesis Testing新增了相關系數(Correlation coefficient)測試 (原為二級內容)

刪除

2019年 Reading 7 Discounted Cash Flow Applications刪除整篇文章

2019年 Reading 8 Correlation coefficient 刪除考點sharp ratio

2019年 Reading 13 Technical Analysis (移去Portfolio)

(3)Financial Reporting ａｎｄ　Analysis 部分

增加

根據2020年國際會計準則的變化，教材進行了會計準則部分內容的修改

刪除

2019年 Reading 20 Financial Reporting Standards 把會計準則刪除(convergence)，美國準則與國際準則對比等，以及部分課后題

2019年 Reading 21 Understanding Income Statements 刪除特殊收入確認原則以及部分課后題

2019年 Reading 22 Long-lived Assets 刪除 Leasing以及相關課后題

(4)Corporate Finance 部分

增加

2019年 Reading 32 Capital Budgeting 新增了對比NPV與IRR的決策規則以及課后題

(5)Fixed Income 部分

增加

Reading 44 Introduction to Fixed-income Valuation 新增一個考點：calculate annual yield on a bond fｏｒvarying compounding periods in a year

(6)Derivatives 部分

增加

Reading 48 Derivative Markets ａｎｄ　Instruments新增了到期時payoff和profit的計算，以及40道課后題

Reading 49 Basics of Derivative Pricing ａｎｄ　Valuation新增了swap的理解，二叉樹等知識點，以及14道課后題

(7)Portfolio Management 部分

增加

Reading 51 Portfolio Management 新增描述資產管理行業

Reading 52 Portfolio Risk ａｎｄ　Return新增對比 money-weighted & time-weighted rate of return

Reading 54 Basics of Portfolio of Planning ａｎｄ　Construction新增ESG內容

Reading 56 新增Technical Analysis (原為Quantitative Methods 部分)
